Neighborhood Christian Center

Opportunities for Personal Enrichment!

Children

Your children will enjoy learning about God in "Kid Zones" (Sunday School), and Kids' Church.  Caring volunteers teach lasting values from the Bible through a variety of fun activities, including storytelling, great games, interesting crafts, and more!

Youth

Teens in grades 7 through 12 will enjoy the friendly fellowship, frank interaction, and challenging teaching in their Sunday morning Learning Center.  On Sunday evenings, our youth have the opportunity to join with other friends for youth group meetings at Christ Church in Elbe.  In addition, there are many other great activities planned throughout the year.

Adults

There is stimulating discussion of topics both relevant and practical in the Sunday morning adult group.  In addition, Men's Prayer offers a unique situation for men to be open and supportive with one another while engaging in a deeper study of the Bible.  Women's Ministries offers special spiritual and social opportunities, including a Ladies' Bible study (Tuesday evenings) and a sewing group which meets weekly (Mondays), as well as occasional outings for ministry and fun.

Other Opportunities

There are many great events designed for enrichment throughout the year.  Some of these include summer camps for kids, the annual church picnic, Operation Christmas Child, a Thanksgiving Banquet, the Christmas Music and Message Morning, the Progressive Dinner, World Vision's 30 Hour Famine (youth), and Friendship Day.  Training events for leaders are added as time and scheduling permit.  Check out the Event section for more information as these items are updated.
